Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Nicholas Frost, doing business as Arrowhead ("Arrowhead," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with us by phone or text message.

Information We Collect

When you call or text a business served by Arrowhead, we may collect your phone number, your name and address if you provide them in conversation, the content of your messages, and records of calls and visits booked. This information is used solely to respond to you, arrange the service you requested, and keep a record of the interaction for the business you contacted.

SMS Opt-In Data

If you opt in to receive text messages from us — for example, by calling a business we serve and receiving a text reply, or by texting us first — we store your mobile number and opt-in status so we can send you those messages. SMS opt-in data is never sold, shared, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to communicate with you about the service you requested.

We use Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver text messages. Twilio processes your number and message content only as necessary to transmit messages on our behalf and does not use it for its own marketing.

How We Use Information

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request help by replying HELP. After opting out, you will receive no further marketing or service messages from that number, except a final confirmation of your opt-out.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Conversation records are retained only as long as needed to serve the business relationship and then deleted on request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
