These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the messaging and call-answering services provided by Nicholas Frost, doing business as Arrowhead ("Arrowhead," "we," "us"). By calling or texting a business served by Arrowhead, you agree to these Terms.
Arrowhead provides missed-call text-back and appointment-booking assistance on behalf of local service businesses. When you call a business we serve and no one answers, we may send you a text message inviting you to describe the job and book a site visit. We are not the service business itself; pricing, scheduling, and performance of the underlying work are the responsibility of that business.
Program description: The Arrowhead SMS program sends service-related text messages in response to calls and texts you initiate with a business served by Arrowhead, including missed-call replies, booking confirmations, and visit updates.
Opt-in: You opt in by calling a business served by Arrowhead or by texting us first. Messages are only sent in response to contact you initiated; we do not send cold or marketing texts to numbers that have not contacted us.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and is typically limited to the conversation needed to book and confirm a visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile plan, your carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages from that number. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
You agree not to use our messaging services for unlawful purposes or to send abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content.
Arrowhead provides its messaging services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or actions taken by the underlying service business. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
